COVID Update - November 22, 2020
Euclid Symphony Orchestra cancels remainder of 2020-21 season.
Dear friends,
In the interest of everyone’s safety — you, our musicians and our volunteers — we have decided to cancel the remainder of our 2020-21 season. While we had hoped to expand our season to celebrate the ESO’s 60th season, we will instead focus on a series of socially-distanced performances on our social media, and look forward to celebrating 60 years during our 2021-2022 season.
We are optimistic that things will be looking up next fall and we are developing plans to safely present our performances at Shore Cultural Centre.
In August and September, ESO musicians gathered in small, socially-distanced groups outside to record some new content to help us all get through these difficult times. We will be releasing these performances on our website and on our social media pages, so please follow the Symphony on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and our website for the latest announcements and online performances.
Our commitment to providing our community with the finest live performances possible is unwavering, even during this difficult time. We deeply appreciate your continued support and hope that we get to see you all again at Shore Cultural Centre very soon. From all of us at the Euclid Symphony Orchestra, thank you.
With very best wishes for health and hope,
Matthew Salvaggio
Music Director, Euclid Symphony Orchestra
